Jeanette Waite Bennett


Five call her mother, 15 call her “boss” and hundreds call her “cheerleader.”    Jeanette considers education the foundation for motherhood and her career. She earned a bachelor’s and masters in Journalism/Communications from Brigham Young University. She became an entrepreneur after becoming a mother so she could control her schedule. She’s been married for 24 years and has two children in college, two in junior high and one in first grade. She created and is editor-in-chief of Utah Valley Magazine, Utah Valley Bride, BusinessQ, Prosper Magazine and a custom publishing division specializing in academics, network marketing, and homebuilding. Her success in publishing culminated by being named Top Woman Entrepreneur in Media in 2018, alongside Martha Steward who was given the Lifetime Achievement Award. Jeanette was named Business Leader of the Year by Utah Valley University in 2018. Jeanette’s hobbies include running, writing, reading to her kids, mentoring young women, and laughing.
